Open Studio is the drumbeat of HANA's public offerings, a weekly session to practice storytelling craft, explore the principles of story and attention, workshop material, stay accountable to a creative process, and connect with a community of motivated peers.
The workshop is dynamic—some weeks, a series of storytelling exercises and a study of the elements that make a given story work; some weeks, a live story feedback session with David Alder and one of HANA's fellows; some weeks a showcase of completed work.
